Cultural Intelligence and Transition Coaching
- learn from an NRL Transitions Coach

Look on every exit as being an entrance somewhere else.

Tom Stoppard, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead

Are you facing a transition? An exit from one stage in your life or work and an entrance into another?

What does cultural intelligence have to do with transitions? What exactly is cultural intelligence (CQ)? What is transition coaching? And how can these things help if we are facing a transition? How can we help others who are facing transitions? In our next webinar we’re going to answer these questions.

I’ll be interviewing a highly experienced and knowledgeable Transitions Coach, Judy Fitzgerald. Judy works with people who are often facing a crossroad, a major change point in their lives and careers. She helps them to understand the transition experience, to navigate those changes skillfully to achieve outcomes that bring them career and life satisfaction, happiness and purpose. As she says; “to help them feel good about waking up to the alarm each morning!"

Judy’s clients include NRL Players (Australia's National Rugby League). These professional sports people face the challenging transition to life after their time in the NRL. For some it involves completely new careers, for some overseas transfers, for all it involves thinking and planning. How do they benefit from Transition Coaching? And do they need CQ?

For those of us who are coaches working with people in transition, how can we use CQ to help us do our work better? Because transitions can be tough!

This webinar is for you if:

  • You are facing a career or life transition
  • You are moving internationally
  • You are a coach who works with people in transition
  • You want to learn how you can make better transitions
