• NEW: Thrive in Tough Times: Teenagers - Difficult Thoughts  

In this audio recording made originally for teenagers, I talk about how to manage the negative thoughts that can be overwhelming when we are feeling down.  Sometimes the culture shock stage can bring with it the pain of homesickness and feeling like we don’t belong.  For teenagers, (and for any of us) that can be challenging experience.  This resource guides you through some strategies to manage those negative thoughts.

Webinars

Webinars are one of the many benefits provided to you in your yearly membership.

If you haven’t attended a webinar before, you just need a computer with sound and a working Internet connection.  A set of headphones can help but are not essential.  There’s still time to register for this month's webinar and remember it’s free for members such as yourself and your family.

In December the webinar will focus on Cultural Celebrations and will look at how you can maintain traditions and integrate new traditions and celebrations for your family as you move internationally.  I’d love to interview some of you about that so contact me if you would like to share your stories.
