Mentoring - Developing insight to turn hindsight into foresight! -Ann Rolfe

Mentoring is a powerful tool in people development.  In this webinar, with my guest -mentoring expert Ann Rolfe- we considered the following questions:

What are the important things to consider in setting up a mentoring program?

What are some of the potential stumbling blocks in mentoring relationships?

How should mentors be trained or supported?

Can Cultural Intelligence help a mentor to be more effective in situations of diversity?

My guest, Ann Rolfe is Australia’s most published author on mentoring.  She has thirty years experience in learning and development and for the last sixteen years has specialised in helping organisations and individuals enjoy the benefits of mentoring. Widely respected as a consultant and presenter, her training programs and resources are used internationally to develop and support mentoring and have won awards for their achievements.  Ann speaks regularly at international conferences and was a great contributor on this webinar.

She has shared with us one of her e-books entitled "Many ways to mentor".  You can download it here
